New Medical Drama-Sirens

I have been watching American TV play series for a long time, the first one I finished is , (it arouses my crazy interest in science fiction), and , I hate the one who cut it, I mean maybe its audience rating has a decline after four season, however as a big fun, I was upset for it in a long time. Actually, when I was in high school, those dramas were very far from me, I barely heard any American opera soap, the first one I heard is , I bet most classmates of my are the same with me who has our own classical TV shows. Be honest, what my friends talked about at that time was not the story of but how gorgeous Wentworth Miller is. For some reason, now I have a big crush in those dramas, just one after another, I definitely become a total “no other show” person.

Recently Channel 4(UK) has released a new hospital comedy show -, a team of world-weary paramedics are forced to confront the dregs of society - not to mention their own inadequacies - in this comedy drama. Body is covered with someone else’s body fluids, as ambulance care workers, three protagonists get through the night by fighting, quarrelling and sex etc. They have been saving other’s life all the time, but can they save themselves? Executive producer Hal Vogel said: “Our goal is to produce a black comedy, discuss human living conditions from the perspective of three completely original, funny, cute care workers.

Generally, we think Americans are the one who can do anything in the show (no offence), it turns out that British show is more open someway. Like this line: you can drive this car as you stolen it. The capitalist Big Brother has one-upmanship in any aspect. (If you are busy, figure out how to copy dvd to ipad then you can enjoy the show anytime, no matter where you are on the bus or closestool, you may know the drawbacks about iPad, if we want to watch other format videos except MP4 etc on ipad, video to ipad converter is essential, just in case you guys have some question about it).

The first scene is Stuart doing chest massage for a woman who hurt badly in a car accident, the scene is kind of bloody, feel excited, huh huh? Cos it is a British drama, so the lines are full of British humour, very witty. Protagonists are three young lads, Rachid, Stuart and Ashley, dealing with the wounded who struggle with death every day. I kinda like the subject matter, it is similar to the medical drama but more intense and has faster plot development.

Stuart is reckless but the leader in three, in emergency he is the one who stay in calm and do the right choice, Ashley is the cutes, don’t argue with, he definitely is, and he is gay, I just hope the producer can arrange a cute guy to Ash. Rachid is an Iranian, a bit stiff. There is a policewoman named Maxine, and she has some ambiguous relation with Stuart, although she always dressed as a tomboy, but she was eager to love. In fact, she is beautiful, blond, fair-skinned. Be honest, that’s not who I pay attention, Ash is my favorte, he is so cute.

Anyway, it has great level, perfect (forgive me, I just love it) in aspect of actor, story, humor, especially the music. In addition, the show’s center of gravity is not in the first aid, the medical part only has 30% percent or less. The focus is still about the lives of several characters, about love and friendship. The first season has over, all six episodes. Let’s look forward to the following season, hope the team won’t disappoint us.
